Harvest in the Hills Entertainment - Food - Fun

October 18, 2025 25555 Alicia Pkwy ~ Event Starts at 4 PM Join the City of Laguna Hills and the Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce on the Town Green for an evening filled with fall fun and family friendly activities. 4 PM - 6 PM: Business expo, crafts, games, and more 6:15 PM: Movie in the park ~ Coco 

Food will be available for purchase. Bring your chairs and blankets for the movie! 



Exhibitor Information

Event Date & Location

  • Saturday, October 18, 2025
  • Location: Laguna Hills Town Green, 25555 Alicia Pkwy
  • Event Time (Public): 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Business Expo), Movie begins at 6:15 PM

Booth Details

  • Each booth space is 10x10 feet (outdoor)
  • Exhibitors must provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs
  • Booths must be decorated in a Fall/Harvest theme
  • Exhibitors may provide candy for booth visitors (family-friendly event)

Setup & Breakdown

  • Setup Time: 2:30 PM – 3:45 PM (all booths must be fully set up by 3:45 PM)
  • Breakdown: Begins after 6:00 PM when the Business Expo portion ends
  • No early breakdown permitted due to safety and guest experience

Parking & Access

  • Exhibitor parking will be in the Skate Park parking lot (next to the Town Green)
  • This lot will be reserved and blocked off until 3:30 PM for exhibitor use only
  • Staff and volunteers will be onsite to direct you to your booth space

Registration & Availability

  • Members: Free booth (included with membership)
  • Non-Members: $500 booth fee
  • Only 20 total booths available; first-come, first-served
  • Waitlist available once all spaces are full

Additional Notes

  • Food will be available for purchase onsite, but exhibitors may not sell food unless pre-approved and properly permitted.
  • Booths are for business expo & community engagement only—no amplified sound or generators unless cleared in advance.
  • Bring business cards, giveaways, and décor to make your booth festive and welcoming!
