We’re excited to announce that planning is officially underway for this year’s Laguna Hills Car Show & Business Expo — one of our biggest and most anticipated community events!
Whether you love classic cars, enjoy bringing the community together, or want to help spotlight local businesses, we’d love for you to be part of making it happen.
🔧 Kickoff Planning Meeting
Wednesday, July 23 at 8:30 a.m.
The Tower Room at the Laguna Hills Community Center: 25555 Alicia Pkwy, Laguna Hills, CA 92653
At this meeting, we’ll share the vision for this year’s event, go over key dates, and form our planning committees. This is a great opportunity to get involved early and help shape an event that draws families, business owners, and car enthusiasts from all over South Orange County.
We’re especially looking for leaders or co-leads for the following areas:
  • Sponsorship & Vendor Coordination – Are you great at outreach and follow-up?
  • Marketing & Promotions – Do you have creative ideas and digital savvy?
  • Car Registration & Participant Relations – Are you detail-oriented and great with logistics?
  • Entertainment & Stage Coordination – Are you well-connected or love event programming?
  • Day-of Operations – Are you a natural problem solver and team leader?
Chamber members, local residents, and community partners — we’d love your energy, skills, and passion to help make this year’s Car Show the best yet.
No experience necessary — just a willingness to collaborate and contribute.
